Christmas Greetings!
This past six months a dear & gifted friend Leah Perkins poured her time & talents out in the redesigning our hope805.org website, it is a beautiful expression of photos, videos & life stories. Leah & her husband Nate have been a new & powerful influence in my life & ministry. With their talent, resources & partnership they have made the impossible possible, much like ‘Angels on Assignment’. More than any other action, exploring my website is the best way to discover exactly what it is that I have been doing this past 25 years. To visit the website is to embrace what the ministry of hope805.org is truly about & how to connect -support me as a first responder chaplain & trauma counselor. Discovering my website is how you can help me assist victims in a disaster or crises, or in their most difficult life experience. The website is literally my 26 year story. . .Actually, it is my life story. If you are not a monthly supporter would you “prayerfully consider” going to the hope805.org ‘giving link’. This will directly impact my ability to respond & deploy 24/7, literally anywhere; I have been “Called” to respond to the needs of people both here in SoCal & around the globe. To “show up” for people who need to share their story, who need extreme & unconventional assistance, to seek out hope & healing when all hope seems lost! These are people who are often victims of unexpected crises who otherwise know one else might be willing or able to respond & hear their story, or to remain a positive presence in their lives going forward long term. To walk with them through the storm & introduce them to their healing & restoration.
Only once in two decades have I sent out such a communication. This year I lost two of my most loyal & enduring supporters due to aging-out & loss of life. Thanks so very much for allowing me to share such personal & intimate details with each of you.
Merry Christmas - Happy Hanukkah
I Know We Are All Praying For Peace On Earth
Heaps of God’s Love To Each Of You,
